We will ask you a few simple questions about the type of item you have and discuss the specific services you may require.
To help us, please measure the dimensions of the object before calling us, also note it’s a physical condition (i.e. tarnished finish, dents, scratches). With this basic information, we will be happy to assist you with the personal detail that will guarantee your complete satisfaction.

Please carefully review our mailing instructions and insurance guidelines prior to shipping your order to us.
Often your order can be completed in 5-6 business days, but in most cases please allow at least two weeks for our services. If you need a 48-hour turnaround delivery, please ask us about our VIP services available at an additional charge. For watches, please allow 3-4 for weeks for completion. We will be able to provide a final delivery date once we have had a chance to inspect your item(s).
Unless other arrangements are made we ship all items by U.S. mail. We also offer plating services for numerous engineering and specialty type applications.
Our company has a 24 hr. monitored state of the art fire and theft alarm system on our premises. However, due to prohibitive costs, we advise all customers that our company does not carry insurance for customer goods. Before you ship anything to us, please make sure that you have the item fully insured by your own insurance company.
